Quality Manager
About the job
Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking to hire a Quality Manager.
Duties
- Manages and improves the QMS and quality procedures.
- Develops and controls SOPs, documentation, and work standards.
- Manages non-conformities and CAPA processes.
- Coordinates and prepares internal and external audits.
- Maintains and monitors ISO, ISCC, and Organic certifications.
- Ensures compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and EU regulatory requirements.
- Monitors the quality of raw materials, production processes, and traceability.
- Reports KPIs, issues, and quality performance to management.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5–7 years of experience in quality management, ideally in industry or production.
- Experience with QMS, SOP, CAPA, and audits.
- Practical knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000.
- Very good command of English.
- Willingness to work in Lezhe.
