Economic Engineer

EVEREST shpk - The factory producing Aluminum profiles and building facades is seeking an Economic Engineer to support our team in a highly dynamic production environment.

The Economic Engineer in production is responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing production processes, focusing on operational efficiency, optimal resource use, and waste reduction. This role involves collaborating with engineering and management teams to ensure productivity growth within the production lines.

Duties

• Analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Applying engineering methods to automate and improve production lines.
• Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Using modeling and simulation software to optimize production and capacity planning.
• Participating in the development and implementation of new production technologies to enhance competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economic Engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Autocad.
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (other languages are an advantage).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
