Center Manager

EMERALD Mall and Residence is seeking to hire a General Manager who will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities of the complex.

Duties

• Main duties: Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Mall and Residence.
• Supervising and organizing staff and various departments.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance performance and service quality.
• Managing relationships with tenants, partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Controlling budgets, costs, and financial targets.
• Providing periodic reports on the complex’s performance and activities.
• Ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and operation.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Higher education in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in leadership roles.
• Excellent organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and resolve problems.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Responsibility, professionalism, and a results-driven approach.
