EME ASHENSOR GROUP SH.P.K has been operating since 2009 as the exclusive distributor of the international brand Schindler in Albania and Kosovo, specializing in the sale, installation, and maintenance of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
Job position: Reservation Manager.
Duties
- Maintains ongoing communication with potential clients and real estate agencies to promote and rent the company’s apartments.
- Manages reservations on the Booking platform and prepares and handles the related invoicing.
- Accompanies interested clients during visits to the company’s apartments and provides detailed information about terms and services.
- Handles procedures for setting up water and electricity supply contracts with the relevant institutions.
- Processes and monitors monthly payments for existing water and electricity contracts.
- Ensures the delivery and distribution of official correspondence to final clients as required by the company.
- Performs any other similar duties in the company’s interest.
Qualifications
- Preferred age: 25-40 years old.
- Candidates must have good knowledge of English.
- Must hold a category B driving license.
- Higher education is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
