Balkacrest is looking to hire: General Manager.
We are seeking a General Manager with strong leadership and organizational skills, who will be responsible for the overall management of the company's activities, coordinating staff, and achieving set goals.
Duties
- Managing and coordinating the company’s daily operations.
- Organizing, directing, and monitoring staff performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Monitoring objectives, results, and performance indicators.
- Managing relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Reporting on the progress and results of activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and motivate the team.
