B2B Sales Manager for a company operating in the energy sector.

Duties

• Developing and implementing the B2B sales strategy.
• Identifying and developing new potential clients in the business market.
• Presenting and selling electrical products from TU to TL as well as photovoltaic systems.
• Managing relationships with companies, investors, and business partners.
• Analyzing client needs and coordinating with the technical team to propose appropriate solutions.
• Preparing and presenting technical-commercial offers.
• Negotiating commercial terms and overseeing the process until contract completion.
• Following up on projects and coordinating with technical departments after the sale is finalized.
• Monitoring the energy market, competition, and new opportunities for business growth.
• Managing the sales pipeline and achieving set targets.
• Providing periodic reports on sales, potential clients, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, renewable energy, and energy projects.
• Knowledge of construction projects and the development/implementation of technical projects is an advantage.
• Experience selling projects, systems, or technical solutions to business clients is preferred.
• Ability to understand and present documentation, specifications, and technical-commercial offers.
• Strong skills in negotiation and business development.
• Strong focus on results and meeting objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of the Albanian energy market is an advantage.
• Driver's license and willingness to attend meetings and client visits.
