Store Manager

Experienced Store Manager organizes all daily operations in the store according to company policies. The main responsibility is the daily oversight of tasks to ensure optimal store management.

Duties

• Tasks and responsibilities: Accurate execution of assigned duties and store administration.
• Supporting staff with their daily tasks.
• Managing teamwork and motivation to boost sales and maintain full efficiency.
• Managing daily supplies and making decisions regarding their control.
• Sales analysis.
• Resolving various issues by communicating with the relevant departments.
• Daily monitoring of sales and addressing any issues with colleagues.
• Providing maximum care to customers and resolving any problems they may have.

Qualifications

• Other skills: Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Skills in managing stress and workflow.
• Being sociable with colleagues and customers
• Education: University degree in: Economics, Management, or Administration. Salary: Negotiable
