About the job
The Afterschool House is seeking to expand its team with a Teacher for After School who will be responsible for educating, teaching, and caring for children after school hours.
Duties
- Supporting children with homework and academic preparation.
- Explaining and reinforcing the knowledge acquired at school.
- Organizing educational and creative activities.
- Teaching children and promoting discipline, responsibility, and independence.
- Tracking the progress and individual needs of each child.
- Creating a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related fields.
- Previous experience working with children is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills.
- Dedication, patience, responsibility, and a passion for working with children.
