Visual Monitor in Residential Buildings

Duties

• Survey all common areas to ensure safety and report to the Supervisor.
• Check and notify the monitoring room and the responsible person in case of anomalies in the external areas, green spaces, parking entrances, pedestrian walkways and emergency vehicles, mechanical systems, fire protection systems (Hydrant Sprinkler), drainage systems, elevators, doors, tiles, windows, shutters, and any issues that may arise during the service.
• Do not allow motor vehicles, bicycles, motorcycles, or electric scooters to enter the internal areas of the building.
• Inspect all common areas inside the building and the external grounds and notify the monitoring room if any anomalies are found.
• Report and request assistance from the Monitoring Room, the responsible person, or the Administrator for specialized staff in problematic cases.
• Monitor the external grounds of the building and ensure the rules for common areas are followed.
• Supervise motor vehicles entering and exiting the garage to ensure free movement and notify the supervisor in case of problems.
• Relay complaints and various requests from residents to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service roles.
• Communication skills and professionalism.
• Customer service skills.
• Good physical condition to stand for long periods.
