A restaurant in Petrelë, Tirana is seeking to hire an Assistant Cook with interest and knowledge in traditional cuisine, mainly Albanian.
Qualifications
- Requirements and responsibilities: Knowledge and interest in traditional Albanian cuisine.
- Preparing and organizing ingredients for cooking.
- Basic preparation of salads, garnishes, sauces, and various components.
- Following recipes, quantities, and kitchen standards.
- Carefulness and accuracy in food handling.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Speed, organization, and concentration during working hours.
- Willingness to learn and further develop professional skills.
Notes
- Salary based on experience:
- No experience: 50,000 lek/month
- With little experience: 60,000 lek/month
- With good experience: 80,000–100,000 lek/month
