Assembly Specialist
About the job
Alupasion sh.p.k. is seeking to add a Field Assembly Specialist to their team, who will be responsible for installing aluminum and glass systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
The candidate will work on construction sites, collaborating with the technical and production teams to ensure high-quality, precise installation in line with project specifications.
Duties
- Installing windows, facades, glass railings, grille systems, and other aluminum components.
- Reading and applying drawings and technical details during installation.
- Checking measurements and adjusting components on site according to the building’s conditions.
- Cooperating with engineers and the production team to ensure correct project execution.
- Using tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Reporting and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process.
Qualifications
- Experience in installing aluminum systems, facades, or similar work (specialist).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and on site.
- Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on projects both inside and outside the city as required.
