Nearshore RPA Developer

Nearshore RPA Developer – UiPath | Energy Sector Project in Germany (Part/Full-Time)

Remote / Nearshore | Project-Based | Germany | English Required

Duties

• Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Automate business processes and improve existing automation workflows.
• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Understanding of proper RPA documentation.
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems.
• Create technical documentation and support testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as an RPA Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath, including UiPath Studio and ideally Orchestrator.
• Good understanding of RPA architecture, development standards, and best practices.
• Programming or scripting experience, preferably with Python, C#, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and international project environment.
• Very good English communication skills are mandatory.
