Job Purpose:
The primary role for this job position is to welcome guests and assist them in the check-in and check-out process, as well as ensuring continuous and secure operation of the hotel during the night shift. At the core of all actions there lies a friendly care and a polite attitude towards a high customer satisfaction. This position requires autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle emergency situations

Essential Job Duties:
- Welcome/Greet incoming and departing customers warmly with a genuine smile
- Check in the arriving guest and checks out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Rogner Hotel Tirana procedures and standards.
- Handle all front office cashiers’ transactions such as invoicing, posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency according to the procedures, etc.
- Answer all guests’ requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, provides/receives information and takes appropriate actions or refers the matters to the relevant persons to handle.
- Possess a working knowledge of the room reservation procedures. Take reservations and cancellations if required.
- Handle customer complaints, address issues to accordant superiors when needed, ensure that costumers are satisfied
- Keep him informed of hotel services especially on the daily hotel events and meeting activities.
- Communicate in a positive, professional style and develop positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Preparing the daily report
- Responsibility for correctly keeping the costumer’s account and settling payments.
Kualifikimet
Requirements:
- Complete command of the Albanian, English; any other languages (especially German and Italian) are definitely an advantage.
- Computer literate - knowledge of Fidelio/Opera or any other Hotel software.
- A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele.
