Credit Recovery Officer

Credital sh.a is a joint stock company, registered and identified at the National Business Center, with its activity objective: "Operating as a microcredit financial institution as well as providing advisory services for lending activities, and purchasing microcredit portfolio loans with delays…etc." The company "Credital" sh.a is seeking to expand its staff by announcing vacancies in various fields and sectors of the company. Currently, the focus of "Credital" sh.a is to grow the staff and department of "Debt Collection".

Duties

• Review overdue accounts/payments and contact clients to remind them and recover unpaid amounts.
• Plan a course of action to recover the debt.
• Locate and contact debtors using various methods to communicate the overdue obligation.
• Negotiate repayments and payment plans.
• Serve as a liaison between accounts receivable investigators, paralegals, and attorneys.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets are achieved.
• May be required to perform other duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience.
• Experience in negotiation and persuasive speaking skills.
• Patience and management abilities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and judgment skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database use.

Notes

Offered:

• Base salary + commission.
• Working days: Monday - Friday.
• Working hours: 08:30-17:00.
