Product Manager

Open Banking, Integrated Finance and Partnerships

General purpose of the job

Responsible for coordinating and leading all initiatives related to open banking, integrated finance, and partnerships. The Product Manager must successfully navigate the complex intersection of banking, technology, and partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for clients. The Product Manager will serve as the central business function connecting operations, IT, compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative financial solutions.

Duties

• Main responsibilities Implements the Open Banking, Integrated Finance, and partnerships strategy in accordance with the bank's objectives.
• Identifies new business opportunities, distribution channels, and collaboration models with fintechs, technology companies, and other strategic partners.
• Manages the full product development cycle, from concept through implementation and monitoring.
• Builds and maintains the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and client needs.
• Negotiates and manages relationships with partners, including commercial models and service agreements.
• Monitors the market, fintech trends, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Coordinates with relevant functions to ensure products and processes comply with legal, regulatory requirements, and information security standards.
• Tracks product and partnership performance through business indicators and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Individual profile Higher education in economics, finance, banking, business administration, marketing, management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial or banking sector, or in industries related to financial technology.
• Experience in product development, partnership management, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience analyzing business models and preparing value proposals.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex business agreements, preferably commercial partnerships.
• Strong understanding of banking systems and financial technology integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations including PSD2, GDPR, and open banking standards is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
