The Security Operator is responsible for ensuring a calm and safe environment for customers and employees, as well as monitoring the store and warehouse areas.

They ensure the proper operation of all security systems, oversee the implementation of internal procedures, and take measures to prevent thefts, incidents, and various risks.

The operator maintains effective communication with staff and management.

Duties

• Ensures a safe environment for customers and staff
• Monitors security systems and related equipment
• Implements and enforces security procedures throughout the store
• Manages entrances, visitors, and suspicious situations
• Prevents and handles theft incidents
• Monitors fire safety measures and emergencies
• Informs and guides staff on security matters
• Manages unexpected situations and supports operations as needed

Qualifications

• Secondary education
• 6 months – 1 year experience in a similar role
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of a foreign language (advantage)
• Driving license class B
• Skills: Good communication skills
• Ability to use security tools
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate
• Ability to follow and implement procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours
