Sales Representative Shkodër

Role purpose: To sell and promote company products and services in accordance with the guidelines and policies set by the company, in order to meet the sales targets established by the company.

Duties

• Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Delivering results Meet the quantitative and qualitative targets set by the company
• Customer Satisfaction Build customer loyalty by providing an excellent customer experience.
• Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities.
• Take responsibility for enhancing the customer experience with the company (follow up on complaints).
• Implement company procedures and policies correctly.Administration
• Ensure proper archiving of documents and forms.
• Report any malfunctions affecting shop operations.
• Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Education / Experience.
• Business university degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Specific Knowledge: Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain all information clearly and confidentially.
• Ability to work towards set targets.
• Demonstrated customer focus by delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good command of Albanian language; English is preferred.
• Good understanding and use of new technologies and trends.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.Business Understanding:
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Understanding of the telecom business.
• Understanding of the telecom market and applications.
