Goods Picker (Picker)

Position: Picker
Department: Logistics
Location: Tirana.

Position Purpose: To accurately select and prepare goods according to orders, supporting the efficient and timely fulfillment of daily demands.

Duties

• Prepare goods following established procedures and picking routes.
• Prepare goods according to their specifications.
• Perform all tasks using the Terminal, ensuring accuracy in picking.
• Responsible for the proper care and usability of the RF Terminal.
• Accountable for the accuracy of goods preparation (picking) based on type and requested quantity.
• Required to report any open packages encountered during picking.
• Obliged to use packaging materials (boxes, pallets) that are in good condition and never damaged during picking.
• Responsible for handling goods conscientiously while working.
• Expected to be productive during working hours and meet the defined standards.
• Also responsible for performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Education: Completed secondary education.
• Work Experience: Previous experience in warehouse work or order picking (preferred).
• Other Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Basic use of scanning devices or order lists.
• Other Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision.
