Sales Operator

Recruit Albania Group is seeking a Sales Operator to join our team.

This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset, who will contribute to managing client relationships and driving sales activities.

Duties

• Maintaining regular contact and communication with existing and potential clients.
• Presenting products/services and providing necessary information.
• Identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Managing and tracking the sales process through to completion.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
• Meeting the targets and results set by the company.
• Preparing and updating required data and reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Organizational skills and a focus on objectives.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with basic software.
• Previous experience in sales or similar roles is an advantage.

Notes

• Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30 with a one-hour lunch break.
