Magazine Manager

Our company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our dedicated team.

Duties

• Organize and manage the product stock in the warehouse.
• Complete and process the documentation for product receipt and delivery.
• Maintain inventory and perform regular stock checks.
• Verify the quantity and condition of products upon entry and exit from the warehouse.
• Ensure products are stored and arranged in an organized and efficient manner.
• Monitor product inflows and outflows and record any stock discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse processes.
• Organize and coordinate the work of warehouse staff.
• Delegate tasks and oversee their correct and timely completion.
• Prepare periodic reports on stock status and product movements.
• Identify potential issues in warehouse processes and suggest solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and work standards in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a warehouse manager, in logistics, or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to organize and coordinate staff.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing stock and documentation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and manage a team.
