Position: Goods Arrangement Worker / Vlore
Reports to: Market Manager / Shift Supervisor

Position Purpose

Ensure the arrangement, organization, and proper display of products in the market, guaranteeing their availability on shelves, correct labeling, and appropriate customer service.

Duties

• Arrange and organize goods on shelves and in designated areas.
• Ensure each product has the correct price/label.
• Check expiration dates and report problematic products to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Check and identify products missing the required labeling/translation in Albanian and act according to company procedures.
• Monitor shelf conditions and ensure continuous product supply.
• Take care of the arrangement, presentation, and maintenance of products.
• Keep shelves and work area clean and orderly.
• Assist customers in finding products and meeting their requests.
• Record unfulfilled customer requests and report them to the Manager/Supervisor.
• Know basic product characteristics and inform/promote products to customers when requested.
• Report shortages, damages, expirations, or other identified issues.
• Follow procedures, hygiene standards, and the company’s internal regulations.
• Perform other tasks related to the position as directed by the Market Manager.

• Secondary education.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and organization at work.
• Communication skills and customer focus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work shifts.
