We are expanding our Rezidencës FOLÉ team and are looking for a Library Employee.

Working hours 16:00 – 23:00

The Library & Office Supplies employee is responsible for managing the FOLE Residence library, providing office services, and selling office products to students. They ensure the proper operation of the space and deliver quality service to students.

Duties

• Daily management of the library and adherence to the relevant regulations
• Providing office services (printing, photocopying, scanning, writing materials, etc.)
• Selling office products (notebooks, pens, pads, folders, etc.)
• Managing the stock of office products and monitoring supplies
• Maintaining basic records of sales and products
• Informing and assisting students about available services and products
• Any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

• Completed high school.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Accuracy, energy, and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge
