Goods Arrangement Worker /Vlore

Big Market, the largest supermarket chain in Albania, is seeking staff for its store in Vlora near Isa Boletini Square

Position: Goods Arrangement Worker
Reports to: Store Manager / Shift Supervisor.

Position Purpose: To ensure the proper arrangement, organization, and presentation of products in the store, guaranteeing their availability on shelves, accurate labeling, and appropriate customer service.

Duties

• Arranges and organizes goods on shelves and designated sections.
• Ensures every product has the correct price/label.
• Checks expiration dates and reports problematic products to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Checks and identifies products missing required labeling/translation in Albanian and acts according to company procedures.
• Monitors shelf conditions and ensures continuous product supply.
• Takes care of the arrangement, presentation, and maintenance of products.
• Keeps shelves and work area clean and orderly.
• Assists customers in finding products and meeting their requests.
• Records unfulfilled customer requests and reports them to the Manager/Supervisor.
• Knows basic product features and informs/promotes products to customers when requested.
• Reports shortages, damages, expirations, or other issues found.
• Follows company procedures, hygiene standards, and internal regulations.
• Performs other tasks related to the position as directed by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Secondary education.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and organization at work.
• Communication skills and customer focus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work shifts.
