HR Studio is seeking a Recruiter
We are looking for a professional with recruitment experience, capable of identifying the right profiles and responsibly managing the entire candidate selection process.

Duties

• Posting and managing job advertisements;
• Actively searching for candidates on platforms;
• Reviewing and pre-selecting applications;
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates;
• Presenting suitable profiles to clients;
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process;
• Updating the database and preparing recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
• Strong communication and interviewing skills;
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
• Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented;
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and candidate sourcing channels;
• English language skills are an advantage.
