Sales & Customer Service Representative

Qterra Property Management is looking for a confident and motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll communicate with property owners and potential clients, provide excellent customer service, introduce them to our services, and book qualified meetings for our Property Management Agents in Canada.

Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicate with potential clients and provide professional customer service.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
• Introduce and promote Qterra's property management services.
• Identify client needs and create new business opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for our Property Management Agents in Canada.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate information in our CRM.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Friendly, motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems.

• €700 Base Salary + Commission
• Average Monthly Earnings: €1,400–€1,800

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (transport provided)
