Job Title: Sales Representative (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Tirana, Albania

We are an international freight forwarding company with a strong presence across Europe. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Representatives who want to grow with us.

Duties

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers.
• Present our transport and logistics solutions in a professional and convincing way.
• Negotiate and close deals independently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Cooperate closely with our international branch offices.
• Potentially visit clients in person when the portfolio built justifies it within the target market.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – this is a must .
• Additional business-fluent languages are a strong advantage (e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish, etc.) — the target market for each Sales Representative will be defined based on the languages spoken.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Motivated, target-driven, and willingness to learn .
• Team player with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
