SEO Specialist

Matrix Communications is seeking to hire an SEO Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies aimed at improving organic rankings, traffic, and the performance of clients' websites.

Duties

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website structure, content, titles, meta descriptions, and other SEO elements.
• Monitor and enhance website rankings on search engines.
• Perform SEO audits and identify technical issues.
• Collaborate with content and web development teams to apply SEO recommendations.
• Track organic traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses.
• Stay updated on changes in Google algorithms and SEO trends.
• Manage and optimize link building and digital PR strategies.
• Use data and analytics to recommend ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Expertise in keyword research, SEO auditing, competitor analysis, and link building.
• Analytical skills with a results-driven approach.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.
• Attention to detail and a strong desire to continuously learn and develop professionally.

Notes

Salary: Based on experience.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00
