Aluflor sh.p.k., a leading company in the design, production, and installation of facades, doors, windows, and aluminum systems, is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for managing, reporting, and controlling the company’s financial processes.

Duties

• Manage and oversee all financial and accounting processes of the company.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Produce periodic financial reports for company leadership.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to optimize costs.
• Supervise collections, payments, liabilities, and company liquidity.
• Coordinate audit processes and collaborate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal legislation and current financial standards.
• Support other departments with financial analyses of projects and investments.
• Manage and develop the financial team professionally.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or project-based companies.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budget planning, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with fiscal and accounting legislation in Albania.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English language skills are an advantage.
