We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join the Cole Haan team.

Age over 25 years.

Duties

• Main duties: Providing a professional and premium experience to every customer.
• Presenting and selling products in line with brand standards.
• Maintaining the store’s order, cleanliness, and organization.
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Registering and assisting customers according to company procedures.
• Collaborating with staff to ensure the store operates efficiently.
• Properly following operational procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• Required criteria and skills: At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with fashion brands, shoes, or accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and appropriate conduct at work.
• Willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team.
• Responsibility and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness for professional growth.
• Flexibility with working hours and commitment during busy periods.
