Bau Zone in Kamëz, part of the extensive Bau Market chain, is looking to hire a Salesperson (M) in the market
The role primarily involves customer service, presenting products and providing information about them, guiding and assisting customers in selecting products, driving sales, as well as managing the stock, supplies, and store shelves.
Previous experience in this role is not required*, but sales experience or knowledge in construction, hydraulics, and electricity is an advantage.
The applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Be energetic, reliable, and motivated to work independently
- Have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Possess a valid driving license
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.
