Salesperson at Tool Shop Durres

POSITION PURPOSE

The Salesperson is responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, selling and presenting items, as well as supporting the organization and management of the store's inventory.

Duties

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming and assisting customers in the store; Informing and advising customers about the features and use of tools and products;
• Suggesting the appropriate product based on the customer's needs;
• Processing sales and using the computer to record data and products;
• Preparing order lists and identifying products that need to be ordered;
• Supporting the control, arrangement, and management of inventory;
• Checking the quantity and availability of products;
• Maintaining a tidy sales environment and organized products;
• Collaborating with other staff for the smooth operation of the store;
• Performing other tasks related to the daily operation of the store.

Qualifications

• Candidate Requirements Good knowledge of work tools, equipment, and professional products;
• Good computer skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to communicate and assist customers;
• Responsibility and accuracy at work;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Willingness to engage in inventory and order management.
• An Advantage Previous sales experience, especially in a tool or professional equipment store;
• Practical knowledge of using various work tools;
• Experience with computer programs for sales, warehouse, or stock management.
• REQUIRED PROFILE: A practical, communicative, organized, and responsible person, with genuine interest and knowledge about work tools and a desire to actively engage in the store's activities.
