Salesperson/Distributor

MEST SHPK is a company with around 20 years of experience in the market of machinery, equipment, and professional tools for industry, construction, mechanics, and vehicle care. The company operates in Tirana and focuses on direct product sales, distribution, and providing quality customer service.

As part of its expansion, MEST SHPK is seeking to hire a Salesperson/Distributor who will be responsible for selling products and preparing the delivery of orders to customers, exclusively within the Tirana area.

Duties

• Providing customer service and completing sales at the sales point (store) and online;
• Receiving and preparing customer orders and ensuring their timely delivery;
• Distributing products to customers within the Tirana area;
• Organizing and maintaining products on display shelves, as well as assisting with the storage of goods;
• Communicating with existing customers and providing information and advice about the company's products and services;
• Identifying and contacting potential new customers to expand the customer base and increase sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
• Technical or general secondary education. Training in fields related to business, sales, construction, mechanics, or similar areas is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate within a team;
• Organizational skills, accuracy, and seriousness in fulfilling duties;
• Driving license, Category B;
• Male, Preferred age: 27–55 years old.
