Fashion Group Albania, part of Albi Group since August 2025, is the first retail company in the fashion sector to introduce the Franchisee management concept in Albania. Position: Salesperson
Unit: Mango QTU
Location: QTU-Qendra Tregtare Univers

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking talented young individuals who enjoy a dynamic environment to join the Fashion Group Albania team at the Mango QTU store inside the QTU shopping center. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer service and maintaining a neat and welcoming store environment.

Duties

• Provide customer service at the highest quality.
• Meet the sales targets set by the company for the products.
• Carry out the timely launch process of new collections.
• Check items daily and replace sizes as needed.
• Support the in-store product promotion process following Brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary school.
• Ability to work in a team and show initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
• Work experience in sales at a similar company is an advantage.
