Goods Organizer

The company ALSTEZO sh.a has 32 years of experience in distributing spare parts and providing auto service.

It currently operates in 3 locations: Tirana (Kashar), Tirana (Bulevardi Zogu 1), and Fier; and employs over 80 staff across various roles.

Duties

• Receives and inspects all goods delivered to the warehouse.
• Monitors and manages warehouse stock, including inventory control.
• Is materially responsible for the goods stored in their warehouse, continuously organizes and arranges the placement of stored goods, and maintains order and cleanliness in the warehouse by cooperating with warehouse staff.
• Ensures that every product movement within their area of responsibility matches the locations recorded in the system.
• Is responsible for the condition and movement of materials in the warehouse.
• Conducts and verifies the accuracy of warehouse inventory.
• Regularly informs the sector manager about the warehouse status and any issues that arise.
• Performs reconciliations between physical stock and accounting records.
• Ensures products are protected from any possible damage.
• Accurately carries out tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

• Has work experience in Logistics. (An advantage)
• Possesses leadership and organizational skills.
• Is communicative.
• Is able to manage time and set priorities.
