Position: Junior Financier

Candidates with little or no work experience in finance

Location: Tirana – Central Offices, Reshit Petrela Street, near SPAK

Schedule: Full-time

Rossmann-Lala is announcing the opening for the Junior Financier position, an excellent opportunity for young people looking to start or advance their career in finance within a professional, modern, and supportive environment.

Duties

• Recording and verifying financial data in the system, including sales, collections, and bank transactions.
• Monitoring client collections and following up on overdue payments.
• Supporting billing, payment, and collection processes.
• Verifying and processing financial documentation.
• Assisting in preparing sales books and related reports.
• Preparing and analyzing sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assisting in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Collaborating with the Finance team and other departments.
• Communicating with the sales team to clarify and resolve financial matters.
• Identifying and reporting technical-financial irregularities to the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong English skills, minimum B2 level.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to work.
• Familiarity with accounting software, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, is an advantage.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
