What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Content Creator who is creative, strategic, and passionate about social media.
This role is not just about posting content, but about developing ideas that inspire, creating content that resonates, and crafting strategies that deliver measurable results.
You will work closely with the Social Media Lead and be an active participant in campaigns viewed by thousands every day.
Duties
- What will your day look like? You will research ideas, trends, and competitors and transform them into creative strategies for clients.
- You will create posts, Reels, Stories, and TikToks that capture attention.
- You will write engaging descriptions tailored to each brand’s style.
- You will collaborate with the design and video editing teams on creative content.
- You will analyze results and experiment with new ways to reach a wider audience.
- And above all: you will work with a supportive team.
Qualifications
- We expect from you: Experience in social media, including both content creation and planning.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- A keen eye for trends and the ability to adapt them for clients.
- Basic skills in design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar).
- Fluent writing in Albanian; English is a plus.
- Good organization, initiative, and a willingness to learn new things every day.
- Experience working in a marketing agency or on influencer campaigns and paid ads is a plus.
