Marketing Coordinator

Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana is seeking a motivated and creative candidate for the position of Marketing Coordinator.

Position Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities to strengthen brand presence, increase online visibility, and support the hotel's sales goals.

Duties

• Planning and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and within the hotel).
• Managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and creating engaging content.
• Coordinating with photographers, designers, and external agencies for promotional materials.
• Updating and optimizing the website and booking platforms.
• Analyzing campaign performance and preparing regular reports.
• Collaborating with the Sales, Events, and Food & Beverage departments to promote offers and packages.
• Organizing and supporting promotional events, launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitoring market trends and competition in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English (a third language is an advantage).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under deadline pressure.
