Duties
- Analyzing employee behavior related to motivation, leadership, stress, work environment, and culture.
- Building effective relationships with employees to offer optimal solutions for complex situations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in work processes and applying innovative methods to successfully accomplish tasks.
- Recognizing employees' strengths and professional skills.
- Supporting employees in managing workplace stress.
- Studying, coordinating, and intervening in employee behavior management within the company.
- Finding ways to enhance quality of work life, including productivity, management, and employee motivation.
Qualifications
- University degree in Psychology and a valid License.
- Previous experience in this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience and active listening abilities.
- Trustworthiness and responsibility.
- Sensitivity and empathy.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
