Seeking to hire a HVAC Logistics Specialist (Engineering profile)

Duties

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain
• Managing, developing, and implementing strategies to optimize processes
• Planning, coordinating, and optimizing transportation activities
• Requesting offers, negotiating with suppliers, preparing cost estimates, and following up on payments
• Checking documentation and determining the destination of received goods
• Following customs clearance procedures
• Coordinating with the warehouse regarding company stock and needs
• Preparing periodic reports (weekly/monthly/annual)

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience as a logistics specialist;
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management;
• Very good command of English (Listening/Reading/Speaking);
• Excellent analytical, managerial, and communication skills;
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office;
• Previous experience with supply chain management software (preferably ODOO);
• Good planning and time management skills;
• Ability to work well in a team;
