Electric Vehicle Specialist

Dutch Global Maintenance (“DGM”) is seeking to hire a Electroauto Specialist who will report to the Workshop Manager.

Position Purpose

The Electroauto Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical and electronic systems of vehicles and GSE equipment at Nene Tereza Airport, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the fleet.

Duties

• Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in GSE vehicles.
• Repair and replace electrical installations, sensors, ECUs, and modules.
• Inspect batteries, alternators, charging systems, lighting systems, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to PM plans.
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.
• Complete technical documentation and work reports, work orders, and other technical documents required by the chief/department/engineer/supervisor (e.g., receiving vehicles into service, releasing equipment/vehicles from service).
• Follow safety procedures and airport regulations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve faults and carry out other GSE tasks.
• Implement safety procedures at work.
• Be responsible for inspections, such as those performed by the DM, ensuring that required standards are properly met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electroauto or industrial/GSE vehicles.
• Ability to strictly follow instructions from superiors.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work under stress and respond to emergencies.
