Customer Service Specialist / Librazhd Branch

ECFA Sh.a is a Microcredit Financial Institution that operates in the market to offer individuals unsecured consumer loans with fast service and a convenient borrowing process, without compromising customer security and comfort.
Our team consists of financial, IT, and customer service professionals who are experts in their fields. Due to geographic expansion, we are inviting a professional for the Librazhd branch.
Duties
- Processing loan applications at the branch by following the control and evaluation procedures established by the company.
- Evaluating the documentation submitted by the client.
- Organizing the loan file and presenting the case for approval according to the criteria defined in the lending process.
- Handling various client requests related to information and processes of the loans they have taken.
- Conducting cash transactions for loan payments and managing the cash register according to proper standards.
- Serving clients at the branch by attending to their requests and appropriately addressing reported issues according to the company’s internal procedures.
Qualifications
- University Degree.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- At least 1 year of experience in the customer service sector.
- Strong skills in identifying and resolving problems.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
