Customer Service Specialist

Ame Clinique & Spa is seeking to hire a polite, organized, and professionally presented Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for welcoming, communicating with, and enhancing the client experience at the clinic.

Duties

• Welcoming and directing clients within the clinic premises.
• Providing clients with information about the services and treatments offered.
• Managing phone calls, messages, and client inquiries.
• Handling reservations and managing the daily schedule.
• Coordinating appointments between clients and professional staff.
• Following up with clients before and after their appointments.
• Administering and updating client records and data.
• Collaborating closely with staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or aesthetic clinics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs, MS Office, and reservation systems.
• Knowledge of English.
• Positive attitude and client-focused approach.
