About the job
Kompania Arb-Security shpk is seeking a Finance Specialist.
Duties
- Processing, recording, and full fiscalization of sales invoices.
- Monthly review and reconciliation of the Sales Book with system accounts and the Selfcare Portal.
- Manages and reconciles client accounts, communicates with clients about any discrepancies, and reports all findings until the sales invoice is fully settled.
- Monthly sales and debtor reports.
- Any other tasks assigned based on company needs.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Economics.
- At least 3 years of previous experience in the Finance – Accounting Department.
- Good knowledge of accounting and fiscalization processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
