Finance & Cash Specialist

Smart Home Albania is seeking to expand its team with a Finance & Cash Specialist who has practical experience in financial processes and the ability to accurately manage the showroom’s daily financial activities.
This role requires someone who has previously worked with invoicing, VAT, costs, reconciliations, cash management, and financial documentation, and who understands the relationship between sales, invoicing, payment, and financial recording.
The position combines financial responsibilities with cash administration and direct client interaction.

Duties

• Manage and control the showroom’s daily financial operations.
• Administer the cash register and ensure the accuracy of collections and payments.
• Issue, control, and manage sales invoices.
• Control and follow up on purchase invoices and related financial documentation.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of cash, bank, invoices, and client payments.
• Monitor receivable accounts and liabilities according to company procedures.
• Calculate and control the costs of imported goods;
• Control financial documentation related to import, transport, and customs;
• Follow up on product costs and related documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inaccuracies in invoicing, payments, or documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and project departments to reconcile processes.
• Support management with financial data and reports as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, operational accounting, or similar roles.
• Practical experience in invoicing, VAT, costs, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Good understanding of financial processes and fiscal documentation.
• Practical experience with the financial software Financa 5.
• Good skills in using Microsoft Excel.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Integrity and responsibility in managing information and monetary values.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Professional communication and client-oriented approach.
