Procurement Specialist / Finance Assistant

Uprint.menu is seeking a capable and motivated Procurement Specialist / Finance Assistant to join our team in Tirana. Duties

• Develop and implement effective procurement processes to secure high-quality raw materials and products at low cost.
• Submit bids for public procurements with the products offered by the company.
• Assist in the company’s financial administration by preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Manage supplier agreements and negotiate optimal contractual terms.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure requirements are met and materials are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement or finance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• University degree; Master’s preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Preferred Skills
• Strong negotiation skills and market analysis.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Understanding of best practices in procurement and finance.
