Duties

• Leading and coordinating all hotel departments
• Ensuring service and hospitality standards
• Developing and implementing operational and financial strategies
• Managing the budget, controlling costs, and increasing revenues
• Recruiting, training, and motivating managerial and operational staff
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and handling complaints professionally

Qualifications

• University degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related fields.
• Previous experience as a General Manager or in senior management roles at luxury hotels.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and financial management.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and work well under pressure.
• Very good command of English (other languages are an advantage).
