Position Summary:

The Store Merchandiser is responsible for implementing and maintaining the standards for product display and organization within the store. This role ensures an attractive and functional presentation of products, monitors stock levels and display areas, and works closely with the team to enhance the customer experience and boost sales performance.

Duties

• Implement and maintain merchandising and product display standards.
• Organize and arrange product categories according to standards and seasonality.
• Monitor stock levels, display areas, and product availability.
• Coordinate and support staff during operational activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards of the store are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve displays and increase sales.
• Provide professional assistance to customers and address their requests.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Supervisors, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Skills Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-oriented, quality-focused, and results-driven.
• Ability to work dynamically and respond quickly to situations.
• Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
