EME ASHENSOR GROUP SH.P.K has been operating since 2009 as the exclusive distributor of the international brand Schindler in the Republic of Albania and Kosovo, specializing in sales, installation, and maintenance of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. We are looking to hire:
JOB POSITION: CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
- Responsible for addressing the needs of workers at various construction sites.
- Responsible for organizing the unloading of elevators and escalators for new installations.
- Responsible for unloading and securely storing materials that are under reclamation.
- Responsible for cleaning all materials left at construction sites after installation.
- Responsible for storing leftover elevator and escalator materials from installations and entering them into warehouse inventory.
- Responsible for preparing and fulfilling technical requirements in elevator and escalator shafts ready for installation, including preliminary inspections, scaffolding, lighting, ventilation, coverings, and anchors.
- Responsible for work tools for all installation and maintenance teams.
- Responsible for the technical condition of work machinery, including periodic inspections, cleanliness, and physical condition.
- Responsible for verifying shaft dimensions according to the final technical drawings of elevators and escalators.
- Providing various logistical support during elevator and escalator maintenance processes.

Work location:
The job is performed on-site throughout Albania (mainly Tirana and Durrës), as well as in Kosovo and North Macedonia.
