We are looking for

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in Travel Industry abd customer care that have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Duties

Your role in BizAway

• Made a reservation for our Client thought the Platform and using our Provider.
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail and travel request by our platform.
• Entering customer information in our system to issue reservation or update the booking.
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in Platform.
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, ecc).

Qualifications

Your basic qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up).
• Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.

• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Customer Care experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
