Alupasion is looking to hire a Technical Engineer

Alupasion sh.p.k. seeks to add a Technical Engineer to the team who will be involved in the technical development of aluminum and glass projects, including facades, windows, glass parapets, grille systems, and other architectural solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for taking field measurements, preparing technical drawings and breakdowns for production, creating material lists, placing production orders, and monitoring the execution of work on site in coordination with production and installation teams.

This position offers the opportunity to work on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects, gaining practical expertise in designing, producing, and implementing advanced aluminum and glass systems.

Duties

• Breaking down and analyzing technical projects, focusing on aluminum and glass systems.
• Preparing technical details, drawings, and production orders according to project requirements.
• Taking, verifying, and documenting field measurements before production.
• Coordinating with the production department and installation teams to ensure correct project execution.
• Monitoring and controlling on-site work, verifying implementation according to the project and technical specifications.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues during implementation in collaboration with the relevant teams.
